The work involved removing the old covering and preparing the subfloor before the replacement flooring was fitted. Read the original account and browse the photographs to see the work in context.
Preparation and refurbishment
A quotation needs to consider the existing floor as well as the new covering. Tell us about damaged areas, lifting flooring, changes in level and any rooms that need to stay in use. Depending on the condition and agreed scope, work may include removal of old flooring, subfloor repairs and preparation before fitting. We will discuss what is needed for your particular project.
Planning your Kent flooring quotation
Send your postcode, the type of property, approximate floor area and a few photographs. Let us know the covering you have in mind, whether the room is furnished and your preferred timescale. If you have not chosen a product, we can discuss suitable options and samples. Access and any site visit arrangements will be confirmed with you.
